If you are looking for a suitable companion for your journey, I invite you to have a look at this website to gain a picture of me and my way of working.
As a psychotherapist, I work primarily with neurodivergent adults. Neurodivergence includes high sensitivity, AD(H)D, autism and everything in between.
My aim is to help you getting to know yourself better, gently turn towards the difficult side of your life, gain new perspectives and initiate change. My values as a therapist include openness, compassion, humanity and humour. Acceptance and mindfulness are important parts of the empirically tested therapeutic approach that I use. I am experienced and very comfortable working with English-speaking clients.
I'm here for you if:
you are wondering whether you are neurodivergent and want to get to the bottom of this question.
you want to create a life worth living for yourself as a neurodivergent person.
as a neurodivergent person you need help with crises, stress and mental illnesses.
In my therapeutic work I base myself on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). ACT aims to accept the natural and inevitable pain of life while still living a life consistent with personal values. I find ACT to be a particularly suitable therapeutic approach for neurodivergent people.
